All of us want to be heaithy.But why to stay healthy.First we have to exersice everyday.Sometimes people are very lazy.But it's very Important to stay healthy.Then we have to sleep eight hours everynight.Don't go to bed too late.We had batter go to bed at ten o'clock,and get up at five o'clock.Finally we had better eat fruit and vegetables.Don't eat junk food.It's important to have a healthy lifestyle.

我们都想健康。但是怎样保持健康。第一我们要每天锻炼。有时人们很懒。但保持健康很重要。然后我们要每晚睡8个小时。不要太晚睡觉。最好在10点睡,5点起。最后我们最好吃水果和蔬菜。不要吃垃圾食品。有一个健康的生活方式很重要。
